I'd follow North's model, and use the 2-minute, 5-minute,
longer videos to get viewrs to the website, where they are given the set of
transcripts so far (as you capture their email), and then continuing with
his'shotgun, rifle, scope' model, you sell something inexpensive,and then it's
onward and upward.
I'm so old-fashiond, and have been hacked so much, that I
will sne you a check for $100 when you send a note about how you're starting,
and the $400 more when I see the website and video.
A small, enthusiastic group, oath-formed, it unto peace, the
