Forstchen’s ‘One Second After’ portrays the loss of the electrical grid to electromagnetic pulse weaponry, for instance. Generation One (modern) massed warfare, TGwo was artillery, Three was tanks, Four was insurgency and media. Additionally in ‘1493’ the statement is made that without nitrogen-making factories, 2 out of five of those alive now would die.

Hoppe says that as things fall apart (not his exact words) ‘judges of peace’ will have local influence for good, the natural elite.  This is from ‘A Short History of Man’. Watson’s ‘Contagious Disciple Making’ tells of baptizing a million in a little over a decade in a ‘graveyard for missionaries’ using persons of peace to start discovery groups, and letting these mature(d) ones run the operation.

7—Let’s find persons of peace. I’d start with Todmorden, Femme STEM, and with money, buying kilowatt hours enough ahead for the local utility to harden, and help homeowners do so. Something such as the Stuart Wooden Nickel Highway could help, and that in the U. S. Depression of the 1930s, Earlham, Iowa, issued trade coupons—money was lacking.  This would be called a stagblecoin today. I’m seeking joint venture partners too. Who sells to this market already?
