If there were more labials ('b', et al.) in the day one narrative, that would be a poetic indication of another form of Hebrew Cadence, since the first word of the Bible starts with 'b' a labial.
And also with a guttural or trill for the Second Day ('r')Sibilant for third.Fricative for 4th.
