The Fed and New Institutions

Using the pattern of JBJ's 'Who Rules the Land?' in response the the Fed's 'printing money out of thin air,' we need to ask,

 'Why has God given the Holy Spirit to the Fed--the Spirit of exnihilation?'

Answer, in form: Because the Church has not exnihilated (as psalmodic response). 

To put it another way, following the creeds, 'What spirit of the times is to be conceiving what institutions of the ever-virgin Church?'

 The Church has given birth to the nation-state (Christian state in JBJ's COATCF) and the university. 

How will we prepare for the next birth, a Bride prepared for Her Husband?
