North No 'hell', 'final judgment', etc. in OT

North: No 'hell', 'final judgment', etc. in OT?

Elsewhere he mentions Job and Daniel as having same.
I need deep, nuanced replies, please.

DEFENSIVE WALLS
Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death.
Proverbs 11:4
A. The Day When Everything Changes
There is no concept of the final judgment in the Old Testament. The
doctrines of the final judgment, hell, heaven, the lake of fire, and the
post-resurrection new heaven and new earth are all exclusively New
Testament doctrines.1
So, this proverb refers to history. This is not to
say that these dual principles do not apply also to eternity. They do.
But that is not its focus here. If we are to understand how it applies to
us, we must first understand how it was believed to apply under the
Mosaic covenant

Thanks! Chuck
